My friend is dealing with sale of approved land plots near Tindivanam / Acharapakkam / Chengalpattu

Location: Tindivanam
Plot Size: 1200 sq.ft (More plots available).
Price: 2,46000 + (Registration cost free if the customer buys the plot within 15 days after site visit). Registration cost: Rs. 7500/-.
Type: Gated community.
Site Visit: Arranged by car (free). Car is also arranged for registration process(free). This is to facilitate customers who live far from Tindivanam.
Security: Security provided to the gated community for first 3 years. Facility to make fence/barbed wires is also arranged if there is a need (Customer's Expense).
Currently, 200 plus plots have been sold near Tindivanam. Close to 100 remaining.

Site Visit: Arranged by car (free). Car is also arranged for registration process(free)
Security: Security provided to the gated community for first 3 years. Facility to make fence/barbed wires is also arranged if there is a need (Customer's Expense).
He is also well versed in Vaasthu and he would be able to help you in vaasthu related queries as well. There is no fees/commission to be paid to him. Also well versed in Govt related formalities, registration process and bank loan process(just incase if customer needs a loan and is not aware of the process).
